How secure is the data of patients and doctors involved?
CatyCloud’s servers meet a very high security standard.
What requirements do physicians have to meet?
In order to be able to offer medical care at the highest level, we need information about your qualifications. The relevant questionnaire can be submitted via our portal and will be reviewed by our team.
Currently CatyCloud focuses on dermatologists. However, applications from pediatricians are also welcome.
At a later stage, we will also include general practitioners and psychologists in the team. You are welcome to let us know now that you are interested in working with us.
What kind of medical care should be provided?
With regard to patients, CatyCloud sees itself as the first point of contact for medical advice. The aim is to get an initial picture of the patient and to discuss further steps with them.
Can prescriptions also be issued via CatyCloud?
Since consultation can also take place across countries, the question cannot be answered in general terms. It depends on the individual circumstances between patient and physician.
